1 and 1/2″ taller from improving my posture

I suffered from intermittent lower back pain and weakness for many years and just accepted it as part of life after attending different types of practitioners and not getting anywhere.I first attended Deborah following a fall last sumner while hill walking. She treated my lower back and my pelvis. I attended a 4 week course of private physiotherapy sessions, massage and then a 6 week course of Pilates in her Clinic.  Not only has my pain lessened dramatically and weakness disappeared but I learnt about my trigger factors and how to recognise early signs of weakness and also self management. I am now 1 and 1/2 inches taller from improving my posture.Swimming is a great way of gentle exercising and strengthening all muscles and it is something that I believe has protected me from major injuries with other sport activities in the past. With a combination of Pilates, Tango dancing and swimming I can manage my pain and can now climb mountains again, walk in high heals every so often and dance elegantly,  something I could not comfortably do for as long as I can remember. After attending a another physiotherapist recently, I was disappointed again with poor treatment results of a finger injury. I am back with Deborah who seems to always know how to get good results and I'm on the mend again. There is no easy solution to back pain but with the right treatment and guidance from a good practitioner it is possible to manage a lot of cases.Deborah and her highly skilled team have a genuine interest in their clients. I would highly recommend  them because  they gets results.Therese, Clontarf
