Ayurveda is an ancient healing science from India that originated more than 5000 years ago. This natural system is still in use today and is as effective now as it was then.
It uses the natural laws of nature to help you live a long and healthy life.
Anti-ageing and longevity are at the heart of Ayurveda.

Ayurveda is all about balance.
The practical tools it provides helps you to make the best decisions in regard to all areas of your life. For instance, are you eating the right foods for your dosha type?
Are you drinking the right drinks?
Are you taking the correct exercise?
What is your daily self-care routine?

We are all different and no two people are exactly the same. Our constitutional make up is different and Ayurveda recognizes this fact.

There are three dosha types, Vata, Pitta and Kapha and a simple questionnaire can determine your type. This information helps you to make better choices for a vibrant healthy lifestyle.

Our aim is to find out your dosha type.
Then Ayurveda can provide you with guidelines for the best diet, daily routine, natural supplements, therapies, yoga and meditation for your unique nature.
Ayurveda also helps you recognize when there is an imbalance in your body and gives you the natural tools to bring yourself back into balance.

What to Expect?

Come along and experience a day of self-care, discover your true nature, experience a self-nurturing therapy, sample Ayurvedic herbal remedies and snacks, try gentle yoga sequences and postures (suitable for all ) and end the day with a blissful relaxation.

This day is a true gift to yourself.

Cathy Cummins

Cathy is a fully qualified Ayurvedic Diet and Lifestyle consultant and an Ayurvedic Therapist including massage, herbal treatments, and hot oil therapies. She has been teaching Yoga and relaxation techniques for 15 years and is also a qualified Pilates instructor. Cathy is passionate about healthy living and she enjoys providing alternative therapies that can support us in our effort to maintain optimum health.

Stephanie is a fully qualified Ayurvedic Diet and Lifestyle consultant and Ayurvedic massage therapist.
She has been teaching Yoga and Meditation for over 20 years, including pregnancy yoga.
She is passionate about Ayurveda and Yoga, loves teaching and giving people the tools to live a healthy life.
